Conference presenters will include policy analysts from the British, Dutch, French and German embassies, the World Resources Institute, the Centre for European Policy Studies, the Heinrich Böll Foundation, the Environmental Defense Fund, the Ecologic Institute, and academics from Georgetown, MIT, Virginia Tech and Rutgers University.
